1. Cancellation of household registration, death of the insured, migration of the insured, etc. Medical insurance for urban and rural residents can be surrendered. However, there is a time limit for this application to refund the insurance premium. Fees paid before New Year's Day can be refunded, and fees paid after New Year's Day cannot be refunded.

2. If the insured person dies, goes abroad to settle down, repeatedly participates in the insurance and cannot be transferred or has enjoyed the basic old-age insurance benefits stipulated by the state and this Municipality, the relationship between urban and rural residents shall be terminated, and the designated beneficiary (or legal heir or insured person) shall apply for cancellation of registration at the service center. For those who do not involve personal account inheritance, family members of the insured may apply for cancellation of registration.
