According to the Shanxi Provincial Department of Education, Shanxi Provincial Public Security Department, Shanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on the issuance of

I. Application conditions

From 20 14, the children of migrant workers received high school education in their parents' habitual residence in our province for three consecutive years. Persons with official student status, who provide parents with legally stable employment, legally stable residence (including lease) and high school student status certificates and meet the registration conditions of the 20 14 college entrance examination, can register for the college entrance examination in our province. Children who move with them sign up for the college entrance examination in our province and enjoy the same admission treatment as candidates in our province.

Second, the application materials

The children of migrant workers who meet the above conditions to participate in the general college entrance examination may apply for registration in the county (city, district) where their student status is located, and the following materials shall be submitted when registering:

1. Accompanying children participate in the qualification examination form of Shanxi ordinary colleges and universities (downloaded by candidates online).

2. The student's actual attendance certificate at school.

3. The registration form of senior middle schools in Shanxi Province, the achievement certificate of Shanxi ordinary high school academic level examination (high school graduation examination), the household registration book, and the second generation of "Resident Identity Card".

4. The household registration book of one parent (or legal guardian) and the second-generation "Resident Identity Card".

5. Proof that one parent (or legal guardian) has a legally stable residence for more than three years (as of 2014,31): residence permit or temporary residence permit for floating population in Shanxi Province issued by the local public security department (if the certificate is less than three years, the certificate of applying for residence permit or temporary residence permit in our province for the first time issued by the local public security department must be attached) and real estate license.

6. Proof that one parent (or legal guardian) has been legally and stably employed for more than three years (as of 2014,31): business license, labor contract (with salary certificate), tax payment certificate, social security certificate, etc.

The accompanying children are required to provide the originals of the qualification examination form for Shanxi colleges and universities and the students' actual attendance certificate at school, and the rest are required to submit one original and one copy, and copy (keep) them on A4 paper.

Three. qualification test

According to the spirit of the document "Implementation Plan for Children of Migrant Workers in Shanxi Province to Take the Entrance Examination after Receiving Compulsory Education" (Jin Jiao [2012] No.43), the education, public security departments and human resources and social security departments of relevant counties (cities, districts) should establish a joint examination mechanism for candidates' qualifications, improve the multi-level publicity system for candidates' qualifications, and strictly guard against immigration and qualification fraud in the college entrance examination.

(a) candidates should truthfully fill out the "Shanxi Province ordinary colleges and universities with children to participate in the examination qualification form".

(2) The education departments of cities and counties should coordinate the public security departments of cities and counties and the human resources and social security departments to be responsible for the examination of candidates' qualifications, so as to ensure that the information such as candidates' household registration, school status and parents' legally stable occupation and legally stable residence (including lease) is authentic.

(3) Strengthen the publicity system. For the examination results of candidates' qualifications, we will strictly implement the three-level publicity system in which classes, schools and local examination institutions publicize candidates' information, and resolutely prevent the occurrence of fraudulent acts such as empty registration in the name of accompanying children and "college entrance examination immigration". Candidates and staff who practise fraud, once verified, should be dealt with severely to ensure the fairness, impartiality and openness of policy implementation.
