Quting Reservoir is a reservoir in Hongdong County, Linfen City, China. Located on the South Quting River in Jiheng Village, Quting Town, Hongtong County, it was built at 1959. The main water source of the reservoir comes from Huoquan under Huoshan Mountain in the north of Hongtong County and rainwater in the reservoir area. The normal storage capacity of the reservoir is 33.2 million cubic meters, the rainwater collection area is 1.28 square kilometers, and the altitude is 549 meters. The reservoir is a medium-sized reservoir, with clear water storage, flood prevention and comprehensive utilization mainly based on irrigation. The current storage capacity is190,000 cubic meters. Quting Reservoir not only undertakes the irrigation of farmland in surrounding villages, but also is a good place for leisure and entertainment in surrounding villages. On holidays, Jiheng Village Committee will organize villagers nearby to organize temple fairs on the dam of the reservoir (commonly known as Nanba), where people will decorate lanterns, put on new clothes to take pictures and set off fireworks. Every summer and autumn harvest season, the villagers cool their grain on the dam and go fishing in the reservoir area. After a busy day, people will eat "Ji Heng Fu Jia Tofu" and "Ji Guo Food Stall" here in the evening to cool off.
