The normal water level of the expansion project of Tiantianhe Reservoir is 3 13m, and the total storage capacity is 1.5 1 100 million cubic meters. The average amount of pure water and gross water supplied by the reservoir to the irrigation area for many years is 223 million cubic meters and 370 million cubic meters respectively. The total construction period of the expansion project is 46 months. The development tasks of the project are: irrigation and flood control, combined with water supply and power generation in the downstream river, and shipping. Under the normal water level scheme of this project, the reservoir inundation will affect 8 townships (towns and villages) in Jianghua County and Daoxian County. Flooded population 2 182 1, including rural 17568. The flooded house area is 6,543,800+0,496 square meters. 53,475 mu of flooded land, including 49 18.69 mu of paddy field and 3550.75 mu of dry land; 24,653.98 mu of forest land; The garden area is 423.97 mu. Submerged 35 small hydropower stations and 2 old power stations in Chentianhe.

The initial resettlement plan is: planned production resettlement population 15757, and the resettlement methods include land adjustment and resettlement. The land adjustment and resettlement scheme is mainly to adjust the cultivated land and forest land in 33 villages of 7 townships (towns) into orchards, which can accommodate 164 1 person. The resettlement planning is mainly to develop the wasteland in the planned irrigation area, and the planned resettlement is 14 1 16 people.

It is planned to relocate and resettle 19747 people, including relocation 1465, 438+065, 438+06, and the rest are resettled in the rear. The relocated population will be resettled through the construction of centralized resettlement sites.

The relocation of market towns mainly affects the relocation of Shuikou Town, Huajiang Town and Beijiang Town flooded by reservoirs.
