The application condition for naturalization is that the applicant must be a legal permanent resident of the country for more than five years. During this five-year period, the applicant has lived in the United States for at least half of the time.

3. The exercise of power is different. Holding a green card means that the cardholder has permanent residency in the issuing country, but it does not mean that he is a citizen of that country. Legally speaking, you are a citizen of that country and can enjoy the citizenship of that country.

4. The statement of lowering the green card threshold. In view of the rapid development of the introduction of overseas high-level talents in China, and the increasingly prominent problems such as high threshold, complicated procedures, small scope of application and unclear relevant treatment in China, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with relevant departments, studied and drafted measures to give China green card related national treatment and lower the threshold of China green card. There is no such naturalization requirement.
