Can I apply for a passport on the blacklist?

Can handle it. Those who enter the blacklist of arrears cannot enter or leave the country with their passports, but they can handle it.

The state stipulates that the following persons cannot apply for passports and visas:

Defendants and criminal suspects in criminal cases identified by public security organs or people's procuratorates and people's courts;

There are only two conditions for passport processing, which do not involve use, just like ID cards. Submit the Application Form for Entry and Exit Certificates of China Citizens, and submit the resident identity card. /kloc-minors under the age of 0/6 can provide household registration books. Applicants whose name, ID number, date of birth, place of birth and other information are changed must also submit household registration books and other corresponding supporting materials.

In any of the following circumstances, the exit shall not be approved:

(1) Defendants and criminal suspects in criminal cases identified by public security organs or people's procuratorates and people's courts;

(two) the people's court informed that there are unresolved civil cases that cannot leave the country;

(3) Being sentenced to a penalty and serving a sentence;

(4) Being reeducated through labor;

(five) the relevant competent authorities of the State Council believe that leaving the country will endanger national security or cause great losses to national interests.
