visa application form (original): two copies of the application form completed in English and signed by the applicant are uploaded online;

Two passport photos (the other one is for scanning), which should meet the listing requirements:
(1) A recent photo taken on a two-inch colored white background in March;

bareheaded (wearing a hat or accessories to cover up the applicant's facial features according to the requirements of special religions or customs)
4)
Original and photocopy of ID card (note: photocopies are required for business visa applicants).
