After marriage, you can get a green card after living in Finland for four years, and you can apply for citizenship after six years. When applying for citizenship, there are other conditions, such as you have enough sources of livelihood, no debt repayment, language ability to basically cope with daily life, no crime, and you have basically lived in Finland for the past six years (there are very detailed requirements for residence time).
After living for six years, you can submit an application, but it usually takes more than one year to be approved.
