On September 20th, 2006, the Australian government announced that accounting major is still listed in the list of occupations in short supply for immigrants (MODL), and applicants who have accounting major and corresponding qualifications can get extra points, which undoubtedly paved a green channel for general skilled immigrants.

At present, there are three institutions in Australia that accept the professional evaluation of accounting, namely the National Institute of Accountants of Australia (NIA), the Institute of Certified Accountants of Australia (CPAA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia (ICAA). Applicants can submit professional evaluation applications to any institution and accept the following four accounting majors:

Accountant (accountant)

Corporate finance supervisor (corporate finance supervisor)

External auditor (external auditor)

Finance Manager (Finance Manager)

2. Requirements:

(1) Applicants must pass the immigration score evaluation system and reach 120.

(2) English IELTS score must be no less than 5 points (in all subjects); (The new policy was adopted on September 1 2007, and the score shall not be less than 6.)

(3) Bachelor's degree and bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, international trade, economic management, business administration, etc.

(4) Engaged in accounting work for more than one year;
