The Sum of Fear is a feature film directed by Phil Garden Robinson and starring james cromwell.

The film tells the story that neo-Nazi terrorists in Europe have acquired a nuclear device and plan to detonate a nuclear bomb in the Super Bowl Stadium of the American football final, and blame it on Russia to rekindle the fire of the Cold War. Fortunately, Jack Ryan, an analyst of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), was involved in the case.

A group of neo-Nazi terrorists based in Europe obtained a powerful nuclear bomb from the former Soviet Union and secretly planned to smuggle it to the United States, using a grand rally to detonate it in the Super Bowl Stadium, thus creating a shocking terrorist attack. Of course, the more horrible plot is yet to come. Terrorists are still planning this attack on Russia in an attempt to ignite the fuse of another world war.

Jack Ryan, a capable young CIA intelligence analyst, saw this shocking plot in time, but in a government full of bureaucracy, no one wants to believe that this young analyst under 30 is in danger.

Ryan is helped by Bill cabot (Morgan Freeman), a wise and experienced analyst of the Intelligence Bureau, who works with all ages. They had to intercept the nuclear dust collector before these unscrupulous terrorists did it to prevent this devastating tragedy.
