In the United States, the loss of a green card includes theft, loss or damage, or the loss of a green card by the Immigration Bureau, or the discovery that the personal information on it is incorrect after receiving the green card. In the above circumstances, I-90 form (which can be filled online or mailed) should be submitted to the Immigration Bureau in time to apply for a new green card, and the corresponding application fee should be paid to the Immigration Bureau according to the above specific circumstances. In most cases, the current fee is $365 application fee+$85 fingerprint fee. Payment can be made by cheque or cashier's check, but the payee should write: US Department of Homeland Security. In addition to the above I-90 form, complete supporting materials (original green card, passport, photo and copy of $450 check) should be submitted to prove that the application is true. Note: after you get the shipping letter, you'd better return to the United States as soon as possible (leave within the last 15 days, not before the expiration of one month) and apply for a new green card immediately.

The transport letter can't guarantee that you will be allowed to enter the customs as soon as you arrive in the United States, but it can make these residents be inspected as permanent residents when they enter the customs. In other words, the loss of their green card will no longer constitute a reason for refusing entry. But if there are other reasons, such as making the staff of the Department of Homeland Security think that these residents have given up the United States as their permanent residence, they will still be refused entry for these reasons.

Tips and suggestions:
