You can apply through your parents or find an intermediary. Parents can visit relatives if they have legal status in Korea, such as international students or work visas. If you have no identity, you can travel for your parents. In contrast, traveling is easier and you don't need to show foreign materials. So is your brother. If your brother is not very old, you can provide some parents' real estate licenses.
