Harqin's Qing Dynasty

The establishment of Harqin Banner began in the ninth year of Emperor Taiji Tiancong in the late Jin Dynasty (1635), formerly known as Harqin Right Wing Banner. In the Qing Dynasty, the flag system was implemented in most parts of Mongolia. The flag system was established every three years, and each flag was in power independently and directly under the jurisdiction of the Qing court. The Qing court awarded titles to Mongolian princes and nobles. The first generation of Harqin right-wing flag, Sakgulusiqi, was Baylor, the third generation of flag, Sakbandalai, the king of Kym county, and the eighth generation of flag, Sakratnasiti, was awarded the title of prince by the Qing court, with a prominent position. Although there is no tomb of the Ten Princes, the tall stone archway tells people that in the 31st year of Kangxi (1692), a golden jade leaf of the Qing court and the fifth daughter of Emperor Kangxi were married to the Harqin Right Wing Banner. Although the marriage of the princess was a kinship policy of the Qing court, it also brought handicrafts, architecture, gardening and other technologies to the Mongolian banner beyond the Great Wall.

Today, Harqin Banner. Government Resident: Jinshan Town. Harqin Banner governs 8 townships, 1 Jinshan Street: Jinshan Town, Wangyefu Town, Niuyingzi Town, Nailin Town, Meilin Town, Xiaoniuniu Town, 10 Manchu Township (ethnic township) and Xiqiao Town. In the ninth year of Jin Tiancong (1635), the left-wing banner of Harqin was established (the place was first located in Guandai Sea, and then moved to Nanguo Nongzi).

In the third year of Qingganlong (1738), Tazigou Guild Hall was established in the territory of Banner.

In the forty-third year of Qianlong (1778), Tazigoutang was changed to Jianchang County, and Mongolia and Han began to be divided: the Han nationality was under the jurisdiction of the county and the Mongolian nationality was under the jurisdiction of the flag. There are two administrative systems on the land, and counties stand side by side.

1940 revoked county. Change Harqin Zuoqi to Harqin Zuoqi and put it under the jurisdiction of Harqin Zuoqi.

1946 In August, the people's government of Harqin Zuoqi was established, ending the history of the division of Mongolia and China.

1957 10 the 58th meeting in the State Council passed the cancellation of the organizational system of Zuo Qi in Harqin.

April 1958, 1, Karaqin Left-wing Mongolian Autonomous County was established. The county party committee and the county government are based in Dachengzi Town. It belongs to Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. Zuo Yi Mongolian Autonomous County of Harqin has jurisdiction over 22 townships (fields), 1 economic development zone, 1 industrial park, 1 street office, 8 communities, 186 administrative villages and 4 sub-fields: Dachengzi Town, Zhongsanjia Town, Nangong Ruth Town and Gongbeiyingzi Town. Wohugou Township, Ganzhao Township, Xinglongzhuang Township, Yangjiaogou Township, Youzhangzi Township, Dongshao Township, Caochang Township, Kunduyingzi Township, Dayingzi Township, Guandaihai Farm, Dachengzi Town Sub-district Office, Metallurgical Foundry Industrial Park and Lizhou Economic Development Zone. In the forty-fourth year of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty (1705), it was built as the middle banner of Harqin. From the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, the Mongolian department of Harqin Zhongqi belonged to Zhuosuotumeng, and the Han department belonged to Jehol Province, and Mongolia and Han were divided for a long time. In the Qing Dynasty, the Han system was returned to Pingquan, Chengde and Pingquan County, Jehol Province.

In the 20th year of the Republic of China (193 1), Ningcheng Establishment Bureau was established, and in the 22nd year of the Republic of China (1933), it was called Ningcheng County.

1945 Our Party established Pingquan County, including Ningcheng area. After liberation, Ningcheng County, Harqin Middle Banner and Ningcheng County-Harqin Banner Coalition Government were successively established.

1949 was renamed Ningcheng County People's Government, which belongs to Jehol Province.

1956, Jehol Province was abolished, and Ningcheng County was placed under the jurisdiction of Zhaowuda League in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

1969 transferred to Liaoning province with Zhaowu Damang, 1979 returned to Inner Mongolia. 1983, Zhaowudamang abolished the organizational system of Chifeng City, and Ningcheng County was under the jurisdiction of Chifeng. County: Tianyi Town.

Ningcheng County governs: Tianyi Town, Dachengzi Town, Daming Town, Erlong Town, Balihan Town, Xiaochengzi Town, Xizi Town, Chengguan Town, Toudaoyingzi Town, Reshui Town, Busy Nongyingzi Township, Wuhua Township, Shantou Township, Xiquan Township, Blacksmith Ruth Township, Bisiyingzi Township, Yushu Linzi Township, shuang miao xiang, Dianzi Township and Shi Fo.
