The salary of Gnp is the salary of a nurse in the first year. There is no difference. The biggest contradiction of nurses in China is their working experience in China for many years, because the wage gap between rn8 and rn 1 can exceed 10,000 Australian dollars a year. But I don't regret choosing to be gnp. Although it means that I get a lot less money, I feel mentally relaxed. I am a little nurse in Cory, and I don't have much responsibility. The department here is different from ours. But I have been engaged in surgery for almost 10 years. I think many things in China will change, and I'm an eye-opener here. I have never seen such an open wound, and I have never pulled out the drainage tube. It can be said that I have never changed the medicine or removed the thread in China. Here, the scope of work of nurses and doctors is just different from ours. You must do many things that doctors do. Instead, the doctor had to leave the needle in the patient's vein. They don't change their medicine, not to mention that patients have problems to see a doctor. If you can answer, you should call the doctor. If you understand, tell the patient that the patient dropped the indwelling needle and you should call a doctor. If you want to see a doctor at night, you should say hello to the paging number at the front desk first, and then different doctors will be there after 8 o'clock. . . A lot of work is done by telephone communication. Our biggest headache is answering the phone, which is the most difficult to understand, and the doctor's gobbledygook is even more troublesome. We call the different tubes on the patient's stomach nasal feeding, so there is no need to call them here, because many tubes are on the stomach, which is called tube feeding. Here, nurses or family members don't use syringes to punch stomach tubes at all, but different pumps are used here. . . Anyway, I haven't made many new things, but fortunately, the things I usually make with gnp are of high annual value, so I told them that I haven't done them. Can you teach me? They will be patient. Some nurses think I haven't seen any surgery, so they will ask me to do it for me. I can't imagine if I work in the ward like rn8 as a little nurse, and I can't imagine what I am responsible for. The patient's diagnosis was quite long, and it took me a long time to remember the pronunciation. Different pipelines also need time to determine where they are protected. Although it was difficult at first, I don't regret it at all, because I saw a lot of things I haven't seen and learned a lot of things I haven't learned in China.

Doctors here don't need to stay in the ward. They just page when something happens, which is totally different from us. It is impossible to think that when we are at home, we can let our family go directly to the doctor, knock on his door and let him get up to see the patient.

The nurses here don't have dressing rooms either. They all go home in work clothes. Do as Romans do in Rome. Sometimes they wear them to the streets after work. When people have a lot, they will ask, you work in Lahore, where are my friends? Very interesting.

I like the relaxed lifestyle and simple interpersonal relationships in Australia, and I don't think people discriminate against China people. I think the real discrimination happens in my heart, because I feel inferior, so I feel that others discriminate. Most people are very friendly, everyone smiles at each other, even if they don't know each other soon, they will say hello.

It is not easy to be a nurse in Australia, but there are more and more nurses in China in Australia, which makes me have a crisis for later nurses. It is a threat to my future employment, but this country is short of nurses, and this country welcomes nurses from all over the world.
