The car adopts бмп- 1 infantry fighting vehicle chassis, removes the turret and adds special equipment such as hanger, winch and parking hoe. The engine and moving device are the same as бмп- 1 vehicle, but the oil storage capacity of the fuel tank is increased to 480L. The traction of the winch is 125kN, and if the steel wire rope is wound on 1 or two movable pulleys, it can be increased to 240kN or 345kN respectively.
