The second phase of the railway port quarry project officially started on June 22, 2003. Under the cordial care of your military commander, under the strong unified command of your military offices, under the supervision and coordination of the whole process of maritime supervision, and with the active cooperation of No.3 Navigation Bureau, we have well fulfilled all the responsibilities and obligations in the contract, and the project has been successfully completed. Now, we report to you on the construction of the second phase project of Tielu Port Quarry.

I. Performance of the Contract

It took 17 months from the official commencement to the completion on June 22, 2003. In order to ensure the smooth performance of the contract, we made a careful plan for the construction:

First of all, lean management cadres and senior technicians have been transferred from the company. At the peak of construction, there are 8 senior management and technical personnel and 28 people with intermediate or above titles.

Second, strengthen management. All the companies have passed ISO9000 quality, ISO 18000 safety and ISO 14000 environmental system certification, and our project department has carried out programmed management in strict accordance with quality, safety and environmental system standards from the beginning. Our company has compiled the quality, safety and environmental management system document of Tielugang Quarry Phase II project, and it has been effectively operated. Based on the implementation of the company's complete set of management procedure documents, our department has compiled 34 special system documents according to the characteristics of this project.

Second, the construction scheme is scientific and thorough. All kinds of plans should be implemented at different levels, with goals, timeliness and pertinence.

The performance of the contract is as follows:

1, starting as scheduled

We overcame the special difficulty of short handover time (4 days) and put into construction production without solving the problem of food and accommodation. According to the contract, we started construction as scheduled on June 22, 2003.

2. Monthly output index

After construction, the monthly schedule required by the design was completed. In the third month after the start of construction, that is, in September 2003, 706,5438+00,000m3 of stone was mined and transported, exceeding the planned monthly output of 600,000m3 required by the contract.

(1) During the construction period, we were affected by three major typhoons. As we took proactive preventive measures, we quickly resumed production after the disaster and ensured the supply of stone for the breakwater project.

(2) In the monsoon season, the shipping capacity of various shipping bureaus is insufficient, especially in the later stage of the project, the daily shipping demand of each shipping bureau is 1 ~ 2 ships, and the daily construction time is 1 ~ 3 hours. In the case of extremely slow work progress and serious economic losses, our project department takes various measures to stabilize the construction team and ensure the stone supply of each shipping bureau as always. By June 2004, 5438+065438+1October 12, the last batch of stones had been shipped, and the second phase of Tielugang Quarry had been collected and transported.

3. Daily output index

According to the contract, the maximum daily production capacity is 30,000m3. Our project department broke through 30,000 m3 for the first time on August 17, 2003, and has broken through 30,000 m3/ day for many times since August, 2003.

4. Construction quality

From the very beginning, we set quality objectives, established a quality assurance system, and specially formulated the "stone"

Material quality control measures ","specifications stone quality assurance measures ". In addition to strict quality inspection personnel at all levels in our project department, the second construction division, quality supervision station and supervisor also strictly supervise the quality at the scene, and conduct regular sampling inspection 1 ~ 2 times a week. With the joint efforts of all parties, although there are fluctuations in the middle, the overall quality of the stone we produce still meets the requirements of various shipping bureaus. The project department also carries out the construction of ancillary works in strict accordance with the contract and the requirements of the owner, paying equal attention to the quality of the main project, and the quality of ancillary works is qualified.

5. Safe production

We have formulated safety objectives and various rules and regulations, and the safety organization personnel are in place. We have formulated

Special safety protection measures. There was no safety accident, but several potential safety hazards were found through inspection, and special protective measures were formulated for the potential safety hazards, and rectification was carried out.

6. Civilized construction runs through the whole process of the project.

Comprehensive management has been strengthened, and there have been no violations of law and discipline, violation of public security and fire control incidents, and the living quarters and construction areas are orderly. Pay attention to the environmental sanitation work in living quarters, office areas and construction areas, and achieve civilized construction in the whole construction process.

7. Confidentiality work

Abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the state and the army on confidentiality, strictly abide by the relevant confidentiality requirements of the employer, and strengthen the education of staff's confidentiality awareness. From the start to now, there has not been a leak. The security department * * * caught a lot of people who entered the construction site from the sea to take pictures, and handed them over to the military security department.
