Address: the most dangerous place in Juxianling, Yacheng Town, Xiapu County, Ningde City, Fujian Province

Travel Notes:

It is located in Long Ting Village of Tongjing Ancient Road in Yangjiaxi-Long Ting section of Yacheng Town, Xiapu County, Fujian Province, and Juxinling is about 2 meters south.

it's rugged and steep in the area that is about to reach Lingtou. Some people also call it "Bride's Xiajiaoling". At this dangerous place, the villagers spontaneously raised funds to build a "Lin Song Memorial Hall of Tang Dynasty Secretariat". Legend has it that the land Lord is enshrined in the temple as the embodiment of Lin Song.

Lin Song, whose name is "Descending the Spirit" (one is "Surrender the Minister and Flying Heroically"), was born in Changxi, Fujian (now Chian, Xiapu County). Born in the second year of the Tang Dynasty (AD 848).

During the reign of Tang Xiantong (86-873 AD), he studied hard in build house, Lingshan, west of Taimu Mountain. In the second year of Tang Ganfu's reign (AD 875), he went to Chang 'an to take the Jinshi examination. With the article "The Way of a King is Like a Dragon's First Fu", he became the most famous scholar in eastern Fujian after Xue Lingzhi.

In the third year of Tang Ganfu (AD 876), Lin Song was awarded the post of secretary orthography, and returned to his hometown, leading the villagers to build bridges and roads, which was greatly appreciated by the villagers.

Li Hui, then an observer in Fujian, highly praised Lin Song's talent, saying, "He is good at beautiful things, diligent in learning longitude and latitude, and endowed with the delicacy of mountains and rivers, accounting for all the materials in Fujian Province".

Because of his admiration for Lin Song, he specially asked the emperor to change his old name of the village.

In the fifth year of the reign of Emperor Ganfu in the Tang Dynasty (AD 878), Emperor Tang Xizong issued an imperial edict, which changed the name of "Chian" to "Persuade Confucianism" and called it "Zhuoxiu", and ordered the county magistrate to "exempt Lin Song's hometown from a levy, so that the descendants of all generations can inherit the shadow forever", and set up Hua in the east and south gates.

In the first year of Guangming (AD 88), the Huang Chao Uprising Army invaded Chang 'an. Because Lin Song didn't want to be an enemy of the Rebels, he bundled up and returned to his hometown. In my lonely life, I often exchanged poems and essays with Chen Peng, a Taoist priest from Houqi, and indulged in landscapes. I visited Taimu Mountain many times along the Tongjing ancient road, wrote the article "The Story of Taimu Mountain", and built the Lanxi Bridge at the foot of Taimu Mountain.

In the fourth year of Zhonghe (AD 884), Chen Yan was appointed as an observer in Fujian, and Lin Song was hired as a patrol officer for the Yong ying. He is conscientious and conscientious in his "impartial praise of reason, the cultivation of talents". Soon, he became an ambassador, and he still tried his best to manage money and save money. After the Huang Chao Uprising Army withdrew from Chang 'an, the Tang Dynasty returned to the capital, and Lin Song was recalled as a doctor of Mao Shi, and later as the secretariat of Jinzhou (now Ankang, Shaanxi).

Lin Song had no intention of pursuing a career in his later years, so he resigned from his post and went home. First, he was in Daicun, a village not far from home (in Shuimen Shezu Township, Xiapu County, which has been abandoned for a long time), mainly sorting out old books. After that, he moved to Lixia (now Lixia Natural Village, Long Ting Village, Yacheng Town, Xiapu County, Fujian Province) to plant pear trees and build a thatched cottage, and named the thatched cottage "Lihua Caotang".

according to the geographical environment of "Lihua Caotang" recorded in Xiapu County Records of Places of Interest in the Republic of China, there are waterfalls above and pear streams below, and the scenery is very good. He lived a leisurely and uncontested seclusion life on the bank of the pear stream, where the clouds outside the pale smoke rock began to rise and the fish in the crescent pond was not harvested.

Lin Song died at the age of 96

in the first year (AD 944) when he was promoted to the Emperor (Shi Zhonggui) after the Five Dynasties. There is a volume of poems and a volume of fu collections left behind, but most of them have been separated after the five dynasties, the end of the yuan dynasty and the beginning of the Qing dynasty, immigration and war.

At present, the catalogue of Ci and Fu can only be found in the Book of the New Tang Dynasty and the Records of Art and Literature written by Ouyang Xiu in the Northern Song Dynasty. At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, there was also a poem "Giving Five Earths to the Tiantai. Seven Laws" written by Kangxi in "The Whole Tang Poetry". From Quan Tang Wen in Qing Dynasty, he also included a preface to Zhou Pu's poetry anthology, and from Yi Wen Zhi in the books of Ming and Qing Dynasties to the Republic of China, he only found a record of Taimushan.

Three other poems (one for each of the Seven Ancient Poems, Seven Rhythms and Five Rhythms) were included in Xixi _ Lin's Genealogy in the Republic of China. Now, an excerpt from one of Lin Song's seven rhymes is as follows:

To Chu Shi, the king of Tiantai. The seven rhymes

the different flowers in Yingyu are blooming well, and the lonely crane makes a sound through it.

Chicheng doesn't hide the dream of Emperor Gaozong, so it's better to hang the crown, pillow and waterfall for a long time.
