Is it better to go to Australia to study as a pastry chef or a gardener?

I am studying in Australia, and many students around me are studying TAFE. A baker is better than a gardener. Pastry chefs are in short supply in Australia. After graduation, they immigrate well and the time is short. It can only be said that these two majors may earn more money than undergraduates at first, but after all, these two majors belong to manual workers and are both mental workers after graduation. They will definitely earn more money than those two majors in the future and have a better future, so in the long run, it is better to study undergraduate courses. But it doesn't matter if you study those two books just for immigration and not for knowledge.
