If the father is registered in Hong Kong and the child moves with the father, the following conditions must be met:
1. The father or mother obtained the Hong Kong identity card before 20011(no need to be permanent), and the children obtained the identity card under 14.
2. Or/kloc-children under the age of 0/8 can apply for relocation as minor children.
It should be noted that if the child has reached the age of 18, it does not meet the conditions for moving in. In addition, other relevant conditions need to be met, such as both parents have settled in Hong Kong.
