◆On July 20, 1988, with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal Government, the Shanghai Private Entry-Exit Service Center was established.

◆In 1988, we comprehensively launched study abroad business in Japan, Australia, and Singapore, becoming the only formal channel in Shanghai to regulate the study abroad market and handle study abroad business.

◆ In the same year, we were entrusted by the Consulate General of Japan in Shanghai to handle various types of Japanese visas.

◆ From 1995 to 2000, with the approval of relevant departments, 6 consecutive "Shanghai International Education Exhibitions" were successfully held. Nearly a thousand schools participated in the exhibition and the number of visitors was nearly 60,000.

◆ In February 1995, Shanghai Urban and Rural Equity Exchange admitted the center to be a property brokerage member of the exchange.

◆ In June 1996, a delivery service center was established and became the special document delivery unit designated by the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.

◆ In January 2000, the second branch of Shanghai Private Entry-Exit Service Center was established.

◆ On August 8, 2001, the "Study Port" was grandly opened. Some officials from the Consulate in Shanghai went to congratulate and participate in the opening ceremony. The opening of the Study Port marked a new level for the center's study abroad business. , began to take the road of specialization and branding. After years of market cultivation, "Study Abroad" has gradually developed into a well-known study abroad brand in Shanghai.

◆ In November 2003, with the approval of superior authorities, the Shanghai Private Entry-Exit Service Center was successfully restructured.

◆ In January 2005, the Tokyo, Japan office was established to provide comprehensive follow-up services for students studying in Japan.

◆ In July 2006, Shanghai Study Port Education Services Co., Ltd. was established, taking a solid step towards professionalization.

◆ In November 2006, it was selected as the World Expo service provider by the Shanghai World Expo Organizing Committee.

◆ In December 2007, the Songjiang Branch of Shanghai Private Entry-Exit Service Center was established.

◆ From 2008 to the end of 2009, the center successively established companies in Nanjing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Wuxi, Ningbo, Changshu, Danyang, etc., completing the center’s business expansion into the Yangtze River Delta.

◆ On June 6, 2009, with the approval of relevant departments, Shanghai Exit-Entry Service Center Co., Ltd. for private purposes was officially renamed Shanghai Exit-Exit Service Center Co., Ltd.
