Can foreigners be civil servants and join the Party in China?

Foreigners are not allowed to be civil servants in China, nor are they allowed to join the Party. As a region of China with one country, two systems, Hong Kong people with China nationality can be civil servants in China.

According to Article 13 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), civil servants shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having China nationality;

(two) at least eighteen years of age;

(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system;

(4) Having good political quality and moral conduct;

(5) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

(6) Having the educational level and working ability that meet the post requirements;

(seven) other conditions prescribed by law.

Provisions on the conditions for joining the party.

Articles of Association of China Producers' Party Article 1 Workers, peasants, soldiers, intellectuals and advanced elements of other social classes who have reached the age of 18 may apply to join the China Producers' Party if they recognize the Party's program and articles of association, are willing to join a party organization and actively work in it, implement the Party's resolutions and pay their membership dues on time.

Article 2 party member, China Producers' Party, is a pioneer in the consciousness of the working class in China. Party member, China's * * * production party, must serve the people wholeheartedly, and strive for the realization of * * * productism for life at all costs.
