BC province has absorbed skilled immigrants again. Let's see what the hot jobs are.

Great changes have taken place in BC's nominated immigration policy:

Change 1: The decision is in the hands of the director.

Previously, the immigration project consultant could decide the outcome of the case, and the director was directly responsible for the subsequent immigration results. Moreover, every new change has relative legal significance, so if the application is found illegal/fraudulent, it will not be as simple as simply rejecting the application for repatriation!

Change 2: the audit is more strict.

Now that relevant laws have been established, immigration officers and immigration representatives have the right to check the applicant's work status in the company where the applicant works.

Change 3: the application fee has risen.

The application fee for skilled immigrants is increased from $550 to $700, plus a review fee of $200;

Business immigration fee: the examination fee is increased by $200.

However, the new policy is a big plus for international students. Starting from 20 17, the application that should have been submitted within two years after graduation has now been changed to three years! There is still a whole year of extra time!

In other words, an international student with a Canadian university or college degree can submit a provincial nomination application for the international graduate category within three years after graduation (based on the time of the last class on the transcript).

Here, we give parents and students a brief introduction to the previous BC nomination policy:

1, full-time job, occupation must belong to Canada's national occupational classification list 0, a, b;

2. Any degree from a public institution or bachelor's degree from a private institution or above;

3. The affiliated company has been established for more than 1 year, with more than 5 employees;

4. Submit the application within 2 years after graduation (the graduation time is subject to the time when the final grade comes out);

According to the applicant's various conditions, you can be invited if you get the lowest score.
