In order to understand the entrepreneurial situation of Wenzhou businessmen in fuding city and investigate the economic situation of Long 'an Industrial Zone, the economic research group of the Summer Social Practice Group of the School of Foreign Languages of Wenzhou Medical College entered the industrial zone in the early morning of July/KLOC-0. Through interviews with the heads of four enterprises in Wen Shang and a questionnaire survey of villagers on the street, the team members learned a lot about Wenzhou's entrepreneurship and the development status of enterprises in this industrial zone.

At 9 o'clock in the morning, the team members first visited Fujian Longxiang Leather Co., Ltd. During the interview with the chairman of the company, the team members learned that Feng Dong was the vice president of the fuding city Chamber of Commerce. Three years ago, he came to Fuding and founded this Longxiang company. After several years of development, the company's operation is now on the right track and has many stable overseas customers. Leather products are exported to South America, Middle East and other regions. After introducing the basic situation of the company, Feng Dong analyzed the original intention of choosing to invest in Fuding a few years ago: First, the land price of Fuding is much lower than that of Wenzhou, which greatly reduces the initial financial pressure, which is the biggest attraction of Fuding to Wen Shang. Judging from the geographical conditions of Fuding, Fuding is close to Wenzhou, only about two hours' drive away, which provides great geographical convenience for Wen Shang. Tracing back to the historical origin of Fuding, Fuding is a region with more immigrants, so there is little protectionism and xenophobia, which is beneficial for Wen Shang to start a business here and open up the market. Based on the above advantages, Wen Shang finally chose Fuding as an entrepreneurial treasure, which propped up the sky of the whole industrial zone.
