Can changing nationality eliminate criminal records?

China's nationality will still be revoked. Even after immigration, domestic criminal records will not be eliminated, as long as there are records. Citizen's personal criminal record is an objective record of citizen's personal criminal record by special state organs. So you can't erase the criminal record. The illegal record in China will not be eliminated by joining foreign countries. Strictly speaking, you must get rid of your illegal records in China before you can join a foreign country, otherwise the first country will not eliminate your nationality, and the second country will not give you a certificate of innocence. Without this document, you can't apply for naturalization in other countries. If a minor commits a crime and is sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years according to law, the criminal record shall be sealed up according to law. To emigrate, it is generally necessary to issue a certificate of no criminal record. If you have a criminal record, it is impossible to issue relevant certificates. The informant will have the name, basic information and relevant transcripts of the information provided when reporting in the Public Security Bureau. If the criminal record is sealed, it shall not be provided to any unit or individual, except for the need of judicial organs to handle cases or the relevant units to make inquiries in accordance with state regulations.
