In order to support Hainan's further opening to the outside world, accelerate the pace of building an international tourist island, and constantly improve the development and internationalization level of Hainan's tourism industry, with the approval of the State Council, the National Immigration Bureau decided to implement visa-free policies for people from 59 countries to enter Hainan Province. People from the above-mentioned countries who travel to Hainan with ordinary passports are received by travel agencies established in Hainan, and can enter Hainan without a visa from the ports open to the outside world and stay in the administrative area of Hainan Province for 30 days.
