Can I apply for a Hong Kong and Macao Pass if my account is not in the local area?

It can be handled in different places. Mainland residents who go to Hong Kong or Macao Special Administrative Region for personal reasons, visit relatives, engage in business, training, employment and other non-official activities, apply to the local city and county public security exit-entry management departments.

Go to Hong Kong and Macao with a pass and valid endorsement issued by the exit-entry administration department of public security. 80 yuan for each Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao; One exchange endorsement, each 15 yuan, two exchange endorsements, each 30 yuan.

For the first time, you must submit your application in person to the exit-entry administration office where your account is located. The application materials include: resident ID card and its copy (copied on A4 paper, which can be copied on the same paper), filling in the Application Form for Entry and Exit Certificates of China Citizens, and 2 2 2-inch light-colored photos (which can also be taken on site at their own expense), and applying for endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao respectively.

If you only go to Hong Kong, you have to apply for a Hong Kong endorsement; if you only go to Macao, you have to apply for a Macao endorsement. If you go to Hong Kong and Macao, you must apply for both endorsements.
