1. Physical examination: including height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, lungs, abdomen, thyroid, etc.

2. Ophthalmic examination: including the examination of vision, fundus and intraocular pressure.

3. Otolaryngology examination: including hearing, throat and nasal cavity examination.

4. Dental examination: including oral examination and dental examination.

5. Routine blood examination: including hemoglobin, white blood cell count and platelet count.

6. Routine urine examination: including urine protein and urine sugar.

7. Liver function test: including alanine transferase and aspartate transferase.

8. Blood lipid examination: including the examination of total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol.

9. Electrocardiogram: used to check the function and condition of the heart.
