Can Koreans travel abroad?

Theoretically, going abroad is ok, but traveling is not.

Koreans go abroad through extremely strict inspections, mainly demanding political clearance, that is to say, they have correct political concepts and innocent values (generally speaking, Koreans go abroad accompanied by senior government and military officials and their relatives, so it is difficult for civilians to have the opportunity to go out).

Generally speaking, most Koreans go abroad for study, business trips and business trips, demanding a hard life and consciously resisting the decadent ideas of capitalism. But the sky is high and the emperor is far away, so there are always some people sneaking out to play.

Most famously, Kim Jong-un, the current leader of North Korea, sneaked to Japan to play under a false identity in the 1990s, only to be found and sent back to China.
