China, who has a private jet?

The number of private jets registered in the Civil Aviation Administration of China is close to 1000, and there are probably more than 400 unregistered ones outside.

The first person to own a private jet:

1996 Zhang Yue, chairman of Hunan Yuanda Group, bought 1 Cessna "business jet" and "Bell 206" helicopter, which is generally considered to be the first person in China to buy a private jet.
