Is Fuzhou dialect the representative dialect of Gan dialect?

Fuzhou dialect is Fuzhou Gan dialect. It is a strong dialect in modern Gan dialect, and it also has a certain influence in eastern Jiangxi, so some people regard it as the representative of Gan dialect. Academically, it is called Gan dialect Fuzhou film, or Fu Guang film and Fuzhou Cheng Nan film. Fuzhou Gan dialect is mainly distributed in Fuhe River basin in Jiangxi and northwest Fujian. Including Linchuan, Fengcheng (East), Chongren, Yihuang, Lean, Dongxiang, Jinxian, Jinxi, Cheng Nan, Lichuan, Zixi, Nanfeng, Guangchang and Jianning, Taining, Guangze and Shaowu in Fujian. Compared with other Gan dialect films, Fuzhou Gan dialect has the strongest consistency in pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar.

Gan dialect is the main language used by Jiangyou people, and it is also one of the seven Chinese dialects mainly used in daily life in China. It is mainly used in most areas of Jiangxi, eastern Hunan, southeastern Hubei, southwestern Anhui and northwestern Fujian, and is the de facto common language in these areas. The population using Gan dialect is about 60 million, accounting for about 6% of the national population.
