Training and research visas (category 402)

This kind of visa allows the applicant to stay in Australia temporarily for vocational training, to conduct research or research observation as a visiting scholar, or to participate in professional development projects.

Please note: Categories 40 1 and 402 require that the sponsorship application of Australian institutions must be approved by the Immigration Bureau before submitting visa applications.

What materials are needed for career development series?

-The guarantor shall issue a confirmation letter stating that the following points have passed the examination:

O The guarantor agrees to the career development training mentioned in the application;

O The English language proficiency of the applicant has met the requirements of the guarantor, enabling him to carry out career development training;

O The applicant's relevant management skills, other professional skills and work experience meet the requirements of the guarantor, so that he can carry out career development training.

-The applicant must issue a letter of introduction signed by the manager and the person in charge of the company, detailing the applicant's current position and work content.

Visa applicants need to have a good English level, and in theory, they must reach IELTS 5 or above. How to qualify is required by the guarantor.
