(1) Application materials for travel permit to and from Taiwan

1. Application form that meets the requirements;

3. The applicant's original resident identity card. 4. Registered state functionaries and military personnel must submit a letter of approval for their entry and exit documents issued by their unit or superior supervisory unit in accordance with the cadre management authority, except for those who apply for Taiwan with an "approval document for going to Taiwan".

5. Applicants under the age of 16 should also submit proof of guardianship relationship (birth certificate, household registration book, etc.) and the guardian’s original resident ID card; if the guardian entrusts someone else to accompany him, he must also submit The guardian’s power of attorney and the original resident ID card of the person being entrusted shall be submitted for verification.

(2) If you apply for endorsement materials and apply for a Taiwan travel permit and endorsement at the same time, you do not need to submit relevant materials again.

5. Registered state workers and military personnel must submit a letter of approval issued by their unit or superior authority in accordance with the cadre management authority for their entry and exit. Letters of certificates, except for those applying to Taiwan with the "Approval for Traveling to Taiwan";

6. If you entrust another person to apply on your behalf, the entruster should issue a letter of authorization, and the entrusted person must submit his or her resident identity card, etc. Original identity certificate; if the application is handled by an entity, an official letter from the entity must be submitted, and the original identity certificate such as the resident ID card of the agent must be submitted for verification.

Among them, the certification materials for being invited to go to Taiwan: If you are invited to go to Taiwan, submit the original "approval document for going to Taiwan" from the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council or the authorized Taiwan Affairs Office of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government, or the province, autonomous region, or municipality where it is accepted.
