Therefore, many overseas Chinese living in China believe that during World War II, the Japanese government encouraged a large number of Japanese to emigrate to Manchuria and formulated a national immigration plan. Therefore, they accused the Japanese government of not providing enough assistance, demanded an apology, and proposed state compensation to the Japanese government.
