3. Two recent bareheaded photos (4×6 cm) of the applicant;

5. Marriage certificate or equivalent document (o);

6. Admission notices or admission documents (ED) issued by relevant schools, universities and research institutions;

7. Letter from the Investment Committee of Thailand (IB); ?

8. Notes or official letters issued by official institutions of the Thai government, embassies and consulates, international organizations and state-owned enterprises (F/B/ED/M/R); ?

9. Admission notice issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare; ?

10. Letter from the invited company explaining the purpose of visiting Thailand (b).
