Can parents jointly sue their children for immigration?
I can't.
According to the law of our country, if the parents' loans are used for immigration, they cannot jointly sue their children. According to the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC), debt is a specific relationship of rights and obligations between the parties according to the contract or the law. Creditors can only claim rights from the debtor, but not from anyone other than the debtor. Therefore, if parents borrow money to immigrate, creditors can only claim their rights from their parents, but not jointly sue their children.
