How much does it cost to buy a house in Cyprus?

1. The applicant must be 18 years old and have no criminal record;

2. Purchase a property with a value of 300,000 euros or more in Cyprus (the property can only be applied after being approved by the authorities);

Three, individuals and their spouses have 300 thousand euros, and provide supporting documents (total deposits, real estate, company shares).

4. When opening a personal account in Cyprus for the first time or before entering the country, the principal applicant and the spouse each deposit 30,000 euros as living security, and each child deposits1.20 million euros as living security.

Note: Applicants can bring their spouses and unmarried children under 18 to apply with their parents.
