The fencing champion of the 2009 World Wushu Championships is the world Wushu champion Xing. In June 2009, in the 2009 national Wushu team trials, he won the first place in American Changquan and Fencing respectively and became one of the ten members of the national team. Only the first place in each group can enter the national team, and five men and five women are selected.
