Original/copy of household registration book. Original/copy of ID card. (If you don't have an ID card, you can go to the police station to apply for an ID card first. With ID card evidence receipt plus baby photo and receipt stamped with police station seal) digital photo receipt. Two-inch photo with blue background. New certificate 100 yuan/copy. Tip: Passport must take the baby himself to the scene to take photos. The Hong Kong and Macao Pass can be handled by the guardian (mom and dad) without the baby going to the scene.
