" Yuhuangge tea is most famous for its spring tea "Fengshan Que Tongue". Fengshan finch tea is named after its small shape like a finch. Its aroma is unique and rich, and it is an excellent bud tea baked with tender buds. Together with the "Fengshan Chunrui" and "Spring Shoot before Ming Dynasty" at that time, it was called the three famous teas of Shunning. Tea in Fengshan is hard to find, and ordinary people are discouraged. At the same time, tea lovers are still chasing each other. Today, hundreds of years later, people are obsessed with the lack of tongue in Fengshan.
Taiping Temple tea is a famous tea in Shunning of Ming Dynasty, which is as famous as Yuhuangge tea. "Yunnan in Zhi Heng" contains: "Shunning Taiping tea, as smooth as Biluochun, can pass the three customs, especially with flavor." The Travel Notes of Yunnan in Qing Dynasty can also be traced back to Fengqing Tea. According to "New Language in Southern Yunnan", as early as the Ming Dynasty, Fengqing was able to make Taiping tea by hand, which was comparable to Longjing tea in color, fragrance and taste. In the twelfth year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty (1639), on the sixth day of August, the great traveler Xu Xiake went from Youdian (now Changning) to Shunning and stayed in Fengqing Longquan Temple for two days. During this period, the abbot of Longquan Temple used Taiping Temple tea brewed by Longquan water to entertain Xu Xiake. The Records of Shunning Mansion and Shunning Miscellaneous Works record: "Hongjian, a monk of Chu, came here to build a Buddhist temple, named Taiping Temple ... In its rock valley, there are occasional teas, called Taiping Tea, which are thin and slightly fragrant, slightly thinner than ordinary teas, and have a clear color. I bought a lot in neighboring counties, and I only found a few tens of pounds a year, which is rare. " The original temple was destroyed long ago, and was later rebuilt by good people. Of course, it's not as big as the ancient temple. The Taiping Temple tea that Xu Xiake drinks comes from Taiping Temple in Fengshan Village, and there are ancient tea trees planted by ancestors around the temple.
