Find the place where Wu will be demolished

The local adjustment of the general regulations involves seven major infrastructure projects and livelihood projects, namely: Xunwu Railway Station Project of Ruimei Railway, Xunwu Happy Town Project, Urban Immigrant Entrepreneurship Project, Dongjiangyuan Ecological Immigrant Industry Town Project, Xunwu Investigation Education Base Project, Automobile Comprehensive Maintenance Service Center Project and Xunwu Investigation Red Tourism Project.

(1) Xunwu Railway Station of Ruimei Railway

Due to the adjustment of Ruimei railway line, the original Xunwu Railway Station needs to be adjusted and relocated. The planned new Xunwu Railway Station is located on the west side of Xinqiao Group, adjacent to Ruimei Railway in the south and the extension line of Chengbei No.3 Road in the north. The project covers an area of 2 hectares, which is 2 hectares more than the urban construction land in the General Regulations 14. The nature of the planned land is transportation hub land (S3). The plot index is located in the original Xunwu Railway Station.

(2) Xunwu Happy Town Project

Xunwu Happiness Town is located on the west side of Gao Huan Industrial Cluster in Xunwu County. The project covers an area of 6.67 hectares, which is 6.29 hectares more than the urban construction land in 14 version. This local adjustment plan adjusts the nature of its land to the second-class residential land. The transfer index is located in the Chengbei long-term group.

(3) Entrepreneurial projects of urban immigrants

The immigrant entrepreneurship project is located next to Shizhen Wetland Park, covering an area of 2.26 hectares, which is 2.26 hectares more than the urban construction land in 14 version. This local adjustment plan adjusts the nature of its land use to commercial service facilities. The transfer index is located in the Chengbei long-term group.

(4) Dongjiangyuan Ecological Immigrant Town

Dongjiangyuan Ecological Immigrant Town is located on the east side of Chengdong Science and Technology Avenue in Xunwu County. The project covers an area of 52.2 1 hectare, which is 52.2 1 hectare more than the urban construction land in the general plan of 14. Among them, the second-class residential land 17.99 hectares, the first-class industrial land 20.76 hectares, the park green space 2.73 hectares, the protective green space10.44 hectares, and the urban road land 9.29 hectares. The transfer index is located in the south of Huang 'ao Industrial Park, and it is a long-term group in the north.

(5) Xunwu inspection education and training base project

The project of Xunwu Investigation and Education Training Base is located on the north side of Xue Xue Avenue and the south side of Dongjiangyuan Avenue. The project covers an area of 7.3 1 hectare, of which 1.47 hectare is located in the 14 master plan construction land, which is 5.84 hectares more than the 14 master plan urban construction land. The red tourism project in this investigation was adjusted to the second-class residential land, and the construction land was transferred to 5.84 hectares. The transfer index is located in the Chengbei long-term group.

(6) Automobile Integrated Maintenance Service Center Project

The automobile comprehensive maintenance service center project is located at the intersection of Xunwu connecting line and Yanshou line of Ruixun Expressway, covering an area of 3.08 hectares, which is 3.08 hectares more than the urban construction land in the 14 version of the general regulations, and the nature of the land is other service facilities. The transfer index is located in the Chengbei long-term group.

(7) Investigation on the Red Tourism Project of Xunwu.

The red tourism project of Xunwu inspection is located on the south side of Xiangyang Avenue and the northwest side of Fanweiying Park. The project covers an area of 7.37 hectares, of which 4.06 hectares are located in the 14 master plan construction land and 3.32 hectares are beyond the 14 master plan construction land. In this investigation, the red tourism project was adjusted to the land for cultural facilities, and the construction land was transferred to 3.32 hectares. The transfer index is a part of the original Xunwu Railway Station.

(8) Summary

The total area of seven recent construction projects is 80.90 hectares, of which the urban construction land area exceeds 75 hectares of the 14 general agreement. According to the principle of "the total scale is unchanged, and the increase and decrease of land use are balanced", the layout of the original 14 version of General Rules for Urban Construction Land is partially adjusted, with indicators of four plots in three areas, namely, the south side of Huang 'ao Industrial Park, the original planned railway station and the north long-term residence group.
