Why don't American Asian carp export to China?

First of all, Americans don't eat carp because the United States is a country that experienced the industrial revolution. Countries that have experienced the industrial revolution have a culture of not eating river fish. Freshwater fish in these countries are unpalatable because of river pollution, and heavy metals exceed the standard. In fact, the United States imports Thai fish to make pet food every year, but there is a flood of domestic carp, which can be thought of the metal content.

Many people take it for granted that the water in India and China is dirty when they see the floating objects in the rivers in India and China, and that the rivers in Europe and America are clean when they see the rivers in Europe and America. Actually, this is a wrong idea. The rivers in India and China look dirty, but in fact they are all polluted by domestic garbage caused by population pressure, all of which are organic. The dirtiest thing is that feces are in the rivers, and tap water in cities and villages along the way comes from these rivers, and no poisoning incidents have occurred. Europe and the United States have experienced the era of industrialization, and factories have been set up along rivers to discharge pollutants for decades or hundreds of years. The sediments in the riverbed are all inorganic substances on the periodic table of elements. Unless all the silt at the bottom of the river is dug away, it will be tens of thousands of years before the river is still heavy metal. Therefore, Europe and the United States are industrialized today. Those rivers look clean and no one will drink them. Even now, water companies in Europe and the United States have to purify their water sources in a very expensive way before they can use them.

Moreover, American carp is an imported South Asian species, which is not the same thing as China carp, and may not be a delicious variety in itself. Many friends from China who go to the United States do not believe in evil, so they have to try Asian carp. As a result, no matter how skilled their cooking is at home, all the dishes cooked by Master are super dark. People say it's Asian carp. You can't think it's the same thing as domestic carp just because you bring a carp, can you?

China doesn't import because of the cost. China and the United States exaggerate that the cheapest way to transport freshwater fish is by sea. However, customs quarantine time should be considered when transporting freshwater fish, and general containers should not be used for transportation. The hull of live fish should be rebuilt, and the cost of crossing the Pacific Ocean is too high, so freshwater fish are not suitable for long-distance transportation.
