The origin of Christmas Eve?

On the night of Jesus' birth, a shepherd was guarding his flock in the wilderness when he suddenly heard a voice from the sky telling them the good news of Jesus' birth. According to the Bible, Jesus came to be the king of the world, so angels spread the news to more people through these shepherds.

Later, people followed the example of angels and spread the news of the birth of Jesus everywhere on Christmas Eve. Until today, good news has become an indispensable program for Christmas.

The whole good news activity will last until about four o'clock the next morning.

On Christmas Eve, many Christians will attend midnight mass or party on Christmas Eve, which is usually held in churches all over the world to mark the beginning of Christmas. Some churches hold candlelight worship in the evening, and there are usually dramatic performances and big meals of the story of the birth of Jesus, usually with turkey or ham as the main course. The traditional dish in Germany is roasted carp.

In Christian society, on Christmas Eve, every family hangs a Christmas tree according to tradition. That night, the whole family gathered in the living room to sing Christmas songs around the Christmas tree, exchange gifts, share the joys and sorrows of life, express their inner blessings and love, and pray for happiness in the coming year.
