Fengcun, the richest village in Mentougou District, took 15 years to complete the road that some economically developed villages in China took 30 years to complete. According to Wan Bu Zaji, fengcun was a village in the Ming Dynasty. According to the old man in the village, although the Feng family who immigrated from Shanxi in fengcun was famous, there were fewer Feng families in the village later, but it was still "Lee who looked after the grave". The Li family originally came from "under the big pagoda tree in Shanxi", and gradually developed their family business by looking at the graveyard.

There are many ancient temples in Fengcun. Fengcun West was originally built in Baolin Temple in Liao Dynasty, with triple halls, but there are still sites in the courtyard of Sixth Pharmaceutical Factory. There used to be a Tianshan ancestral temple in Tiantai Mountain in the north of the village, and now only ruins are left.

Fengcun is an ancient administrative village in Yongding Town, located on the Yongding River, Shilong Industrial Development Zone, about 4 kilometers away from the seat of the district government and close to Shidan Road. There are many buses in front of the village, such as 93 1, 959, 977, 98 1, 960, etc., which are connected to 109 national highway in the north and Shi Lian highway in the south. Fengcun covers a total area of about 5 square kilometers, with a total population of about 3,400, with residents 1.900 and farmers 1.500. Fengcun has a Party Committee with five branches and 203 people in party member. The primary industry in Fengcun mainly includes Bikun Planting Center. The secondary industry mainly includes the construction industry. The tertiary industry mainly includes fengcun Commercial Street and Huanghuali Ecological Park.

Fengcun is adjacent to Li Yuanzhuang Village, Shanggan Village, Caogezhuang Village, Qiaohuying Village, Hegezhuang Village, Shimenying Village, Wangcun Village, Xiao Yuan Village, Keluotuo Village, Wanfo Hall Village, Shi Fo Village, Qiupo Village, Aihua Village and Sidaoqiao Village.

On June 27th, 2005 10, fengcun was included in the first batch of national civilized villages and towns.

On June 23rd, 2009, 65438+ fengcun was included in the second national civilized villages and towns list.

There are Miao Feng, Jietai Temple, Tanzhe Temple, Qin Huang Xiangu, Shuanglongxia and other scenic spots near fengcun. There are also specialties such as Beijing Pak Lei, Mentougou Jingxi Mibai, Sijiashuihong Toona sinensis, Miaofengshan rose, tea soup plums and so on.
