The working hours of Shanghai Entry-Exit Visa Center are usually from Monday to Saturday, from 9: 00 am to 5: 00 pm (17: 00 pm), except for legal holidays. Shanghai Entry-Exit Service Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Center"), formerly known as Shanghai Entry-Exit Service Center for Private Affairs, was established with the approval of Shanghai Municipal Government on July 20th, 20 10. 1988. It is the first batch of self-funded study abroad intermediary and private entry and exit intermediary service institutions established in Shanghai approved by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Security. Shanghai Entry-Exit Service Center is an overseas employment agency approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and a talent agency approved by the Municipal Personnel Bureau. It is the first member of the property rights broker of Shanghai Property Rights Exchange. After years of reform, development and strategic adjustment, the center has now formed a "three ports and one center" business pattern of "study abroad port", "immigration port", "business port" and "visa center".
