Children of illegal immigrants in the United States

According to American law, every child has the right to enjoy free primary and secondary education, and the law stipulates that (public) schools should not refuse admission because children are illegal immigrants. Therefore, illegal immigrants can enjoy free primary and secondary education in any state in the United States.

For universities, American law does not stipulate that some States can and some States can't. In other words, illegal immigrants can go to college in the United States, but not in every state.

But what I want to tell you is that once you go to school, you will have the information, and the immigration department will find it in minutes. After that, repatriation will be very simple, and basically you will not get an American visa in the future.
