Materials required for visa application in Singapore

To apply for a visa, you must provide the following materials. When necessary, the museum has the right to ask the applicant to provide other materials.
1. Passport: The validity period should be more than six months (from the date of going abroad) and there should be at least one blank visa page. Submit a copy of passport photo page at the same time.
2. Form 14A visa application form (original): an application form filled out and signed by the applicant in English (form 14A). The application form can be downloaded from the official website of Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Bureau (http://www.ica.gov.sg).
3. Photos: Two photos (one posted on the form and one scanned). Photos shall meet the following requirements: (See above for details)
O recent photos within three months
O bareheaded front (if you wear hats or accessories according to special religions or customs, the hats or accessories must not conceal the applicant's facial features).
O The front dimension is 25mm wide and 35mm high.
4. Chinese identity card: original and photocopy. (Note: Business visa applicants only need one copy. )
5. Visa fee (non-refundable): RMB 153 yuan. (Please bring your own change)
6. Visa applicants must submit their applications in person. Except in the following cases:
O If the applicant is under the age of 16, he/she may be entrusted by his/her parents, but a birth certificate or household registration book (original and photocopy) that can prove his/her relationship must be issued;
O If the applicant has retired or reached the age of 60, he can entrust others to handle it, but he must provide the original and photocopy of his retirement certificate and the power of attorney (indicating the name and ID number of the client). The client must bring the original ID card and submit a copy;
O If the applicant is sponsored by a Singaporean citizen or a permanent resident of Singapore in China, the guarantor must submit the application in person, and provide the completed V39A form (letter of introduction) and the original and photocopy of his Singapore identity card or passport. (see above)

7. In addition, other materials required to apply for a tourist visa are as follows:
7a On-the-job certificate: If the applicant is an on-the-job employee, the original on-the-job certificate letter issued by the company should be provided. The certification letter should indicate that the company agrees to leave the company, and specify the working hours, position and salary of the applicant in detail. On-the-job certification letter must list the company's address, telephone and fax numbers and relevant contacts. This letter is stamped with the official seal. If the applicant does not have a job, he must provide documents to prove his personal financial situation, such as bank deposit certificate, real estate license, etc.
7b Household registration book: the applicant's household registration book (original and photocopy). If it is a collective account, you can go to the police station to apply for the household registration certificate, and provide the original and copy.
8. In addition, other materials required to apply for a business visa are as follows:
8a Power of Attorney: If I can't come to the embassy to apply for a visa in person, I need to issue a power of attorney, which should indicate the client's name and ID number (in both Chinese and English). The client must bring the original ID card and submit a copy.
8b Printed copy of business registration information of Singapore company: a copy of the latest business registration information of Singapore company issued by Singapore Accounting and Enterprise Administration (http://www.acra.gov.sg), and the printing date of the information shall not exceed 6 months from the date of submission.
Original 8c V39A Form (Letter of Introduction): A complete original completed in English by a Singapore registered company. The letter should indicate the address, telephone number and fax number of the Singapore company, as well as the ID number and signature of the company representative. Applicants invited by Singapore government agencies and universities or attending exhibitions and conferences held in Singapore do not need to produce V39A form and business registration information of Singapore companies. The applicant only needs to submit the original invitation letter sent by the institution or organization to the applicant.
9. Visa submission and collection time:
Monday to Friday from 9: 00 am to 1 1: 00 am (materials only).
4: 00 pm to 4: 30 pm from Monday to Friday (visa only)
