Can accompanying mothers apply for PR in Singapore?
China Immigration Bureau issues long-term residence visas to mothers of children who come to study abroad, commonly known as accompanying cards, as accompanying children to study in China until 18 years old. So it has nothing to do with applying for PR, but two different things.
In order to apply for PR, the accompanying mother needs to give up the accompanying certificate. According to the normal procedures and processes of going to work, the review of PR application is multifaceted, and the success depends on the immigration bureau in China.
