Before the establishment of the management area, the farm governed 7 branches: Luchai Lake, Yanghu, Shahu, Chungang, Saihu, Yanjiazha and Qingnihu. Branch *** has 68 agricultural production teams under its jurisdiction. The location of the farm organization is customarily called the "main farm".

After the establishment of the management area, there are 8 offices under the management area: Luchai Lake, Yanghu, Shahu, Chungang, Saihu, Qingni Lake, Yanjiazha and Chengguan. The Chengguan office is practical It's called Leichi Office. Except for the Chengguan office, the Longgan Lake Farm in all other offices has been retained as a branch office, and has two brands and one team with the office. The Leichi Office has jurisdiction over the urban area. "Urban area" is the "main field". In May 1997, three residents' committees were established: Changsheng, Changqing and Xinzha.

In August 1999, the Xiaowei of the Qingni Lake Office burst its embankment. The management district implemented the resettlement and relocation of the Qingni Lake Office and implemented flood storage and management of the Qingni Lake Xiaowei. In September 2000, the Qingnihu Office was abolished, a new district (field) Agricultural Science Institute was established in Dawei, Qingnihu, and the original Agricultural Science Institute located in the Shahu Office was cancelled. Qingnihu Xiaowei will be placed under the district (field) Forestry Office. The Qiaonan production team of the original Qingnihu Office will be restructured and transferred to the Saihu Office.

On February 11, 2001, the Leichi office was merged into the Yanjiazha office, and the production teams under each office were adjusted from 68 to 46.

In March 2003, the Shahu Office reclassified the Xiasha Team that was merged into Daqiao New Village in 2001, the Shiwei Team that was merged into Xiangxinwei Team, and the Comprehensive Team that was merged into Gaoping Team. The original name was restored to three production teams, and the number of agricultural production teams in the region was changed to 49.

In October 2005, the management district organizational reform was carried out, branch offices were cancelled, offices were retained, and production brigades and agricultural operating companies were established. The office, production brigade, and agricultural management company implement one team and three brands.

In 2006, the Yanghu Office reclassified the Changzhi team that had been placed under the Waqi Dun Production Team in 2001, and it remained the Changzhi team. The number of production teams in the domain is changed to 50.

On February 8, 2007, the Longgan Lake Management District Agricultural Science Institute and the District Forestry Institute merged to form the District Agriculture and Forestry Institute. The Agriculture and Forestry Institute has three production team-level scientific research groups. On May 5, three communities, Changqing, Changsheng and Xinzha, were established in the urban area. On June 28, Yanjiazha Subdistrict Office was established. Yanjiazha Sub-district Office and Yanjiazha Office co-locate, with two brands and one team. Since then, the management area has been divided into six offices and agricultural science institutes: Lucai Lake, Yanghu, Shahu, Chungang, Saihu and Yanjiazha. Six offices and one institute have jurisdiction over 50 agricultural production teams, 3 A production team-level scientific research group and three communities in the city.
