What part of the U.S. K/KLOC-0 visa application needs a fiancee?

The U.S. K/KLOC-0 visa is a non-immigrant visa granted by the U.S. government to foreign unmarried couples.

K 1 visa conditions:

1. The fiance (wife) of the China applicant, that is, the American applicant must be an American citizen;

2. Both parties must have met in the last two years, unless it can be proved that the religion they believe comes from a culture that prohibits couples from meeting before marriage, or it can be proved that the meeting will cause extreme hardship to either party, and this restriction can also be waived;

Both parties must be legally able to get married. That is, the marital status of both parties must be single before the application, and the American applicant meets the legal marriage age stipulated by the local state government. China applicants may not reach the legal age for marriage in China, but they can get married at the age of 0/8 in the United States. /kloc-U.S. citizens and China citizens aged 0/8 can apply for a K 1 visa;

4. American citizens are willing to provide financial guarantee for China applicants and undertake the life of China applicants in the United States, which will not cause public burden to the US government;

5. Visa K 1 must be applied at the immigration processing center where American citizens live.
