Czech short-term visa (within 90 days)

1. The validity of the passport shall be extended for at least 90 days from the time when the applicant plans to leave the Czech Republic.

2. Application form (red form), one photo.

3. Proof of travel medical insurance during your stay in Czech Republic (required in China).

4. Original invitation letter from Czech Republic notarized by Czech Republic and foreign exit-entry administration.

5. I have booked a round-trip air ticket and the round-trip date has been confirmed.

Czech long-term visa (more than 90 days)

1. The validity of the passport shall be extended for at least 90 days from the time when the applicant plans to leave the Czech Republic.

2. Application form (red form), one photo.

3. Street medical insurance certificate or other medical certificate.

4. Provide a credit certificate with the amount of not less than 365,438+0,950 kroner in the first month during the stay in Czech Republic, and then increase it by 4,260 kroner per month.

6. Proof of accommodation guarantee during your stay in Czech Republic

7. Without a criminal certificate, you need a notarized translation (the translation quality must be guaranteed) and the other party's non-criminal notarization (Czech), which is double notarization.

Note: The reception time of the consulate is from 9: 00 am to11:30 am every Monday and Thursday.

Remarks:

1. After foreigners enter the Czech Republic, regardless of whether their stay is 90 days or more, they need to inform the Czech Republic * * * and the Alien Exit-Entry Administration within 3 working days of the place and stay time they will visit in the Czech Republic. If they live in hotels or other places, hotels or institutions need to inform the Czech Republic and the Alien Entry and Exit Administration on their behalf.

2. When entering the country, the following materials must be submitted according to the requirements of the Czech immigration police:

1) valid passport

2) Valid visa

3) Invitation letter issued by Czech immigration police and documents proving that they have sufficient economic ability to stay in Czech Republic.

4) Travel medical insurance

5) proof of accommodation

6) Entry-exit card with my signature and positive commitment to leave the country on time.

According to Czech law, visa officers have the right not to give any explanation to those who refuse visas.

Every applicant must come to the consulate for an interview in person. It takes up to 30 days to apply for a visa.
